Steamed Apple Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 serve oatmeal
150 ml Almond Mik OR any milk of choice
1/3 cup water
20 gm Rolled Oats
15 gm Powdered Oats
1 tsp chia seeds
20 gm Protein Powder, I am using Dymatize Whey Isolate (Not Sponsored)
2 serve steamed apples
2 medium sized apples diced
2 tsp jaggery powder
1/3 cup water
Method :
1. To prepare the oatmeal, in a pan add milk & water. Then add oats & chia seeds. Mix everything well & let everything combine well. It will be a thick & creamy textured oatmeal.
2. Once ready, turn off the stove & keep it aside to cool down.
3. To prepare steamed apples, in a pan add water, apples & jaggery powder. Mix everything well, cover & cook for 6-8 min on low medium flame, they will be ready.
4. Add protein powder to oatmeal & mix well. Add in a bowl & top with steamed apples, 5g pumpkin seeds & 3g hemp seeds.
