If you’re a client of mine, these are great on low carb days!! (Macros are shown below)

-2 cups of Kodiak pancake mix (you can use any flavor but I used cinnamon oat)
-1 core power vanilla protein shake by Fairlife

Mix ingredients, put evenly in muffin tins & bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

This made 14 muffins for me
Macros for 1 muffin (I usually have 2)
9g carbs. 1g fiber. 1g fat. 7g protein. Add some almond butter or pb on top & it’s a great low carb/high protein/healthy fat, snack!
