🌱 VEG BURRITO BOWL 🌱

Calories: ~ 205 cals per serving (total bowl ~ 410 cals)

Ingredients:
(Total servings – 2)

FOR THE BASE:
Lettuce: 1 cup
Mixed bell pepper: ½ cup (chopped)
Cucumber: ½ of whole (chopped)
Rice: 60gm cooked
Kidney beans: 50gm (cooked)
Corn: 20 gm (boiled)
Low fat paneer: 100gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Greek yogurt: 2 tbsp
Salsa: ½ cup
Nacho/ Tortilla chips 3-4 pieces

FOR THE SALSA:
Tomato: 1/2 (finely chopped)
Onion: ¼ of whole (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Black pepper: a pinch
Lemon juice: ½ tsp

METHOD
-In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above.
-Add nacho chips for the extra crunch in the end.
-Mix and enjoy.
