Red Chilli flakes 1/4 tbsp
Chilli Powder 1/4
Salt 1/4
Oil to fry
Flour Mix
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/4 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tbsp
Baking powder 1/4 tbsp
Flour Slurry
3 tbsp Cornflour
3 tbsp All purpose flour
1/4 tbsp salt & chilli powder
water to mix
2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
Method
Fry eggs .Cut into Slices.
Dip in flour slurry then coat in flour mix .
Repeat process again
Once crumbs forms. Fry till Crispy Golden.
Enjoy with Sauce.
