2 cups moth beans (sprouted)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Paneer cubes (as needed)
1 chopped carrot
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 chopped green chili
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp black salt
Juice of 1 lemon

1. Take 2 cups of moth sprouts in a bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, tomato, paneer cubes, and chopped carrot.
3. Mix in roasted peanuts and chopped green chili.
4. Add oil, cumin powder, chaat masala, and black salt.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over it.
6. Mix everything well and serve fresh!
