Mix Veg Thepla | Healthy Vegetable Paratha | Easy Tawa Breakfast Recipe #shorts



Ingredients
• Wheat flour
• Cauliflower
• Beans
• Carrots
• Cabbage
• Green peas
• Ginger
• Green chilli
• Coriander leaves
• Saunf
• White sesame seeds
• Salt
• Red chilli powder
• Ghee

Steps
1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
2. Mix the veggies with wheat flour, spices, sesame seeds, coriander leaves and ghee.
3. Add water as needed and prepare a soft dough.
4. Roll out round theplas or parathas.
5. Cook on a hot tawa for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and brush ghee on top.
6. Serve warm with curd, chutney and a small cube of butter.
