Cold Cucumber Sandwich Recipe | 5-Minute Chilled Snack | Easy & Healthy Sandwich

Aaj ki recipe hai Cold Cucumber Sandwich, perfect for light hunger, summer cravings, or on-the-go snacking.

✨ Ingredients:
🥒 1 cucumber
🧅 1 tbsp chopped onion
🥛 2 tbsp hung curd (yogurt)
🌽 1 tbsp sweet corn
🌿 ½ tsp oregano mix
🌶️ A pinch of chili flakes
🍃 Mint chutney (for one bread slice)
🔥 Tandoori mayonnaise (for the other bread slice)

✨ Method:
Mix cucumber, onion, hung curd, sweet corn, oregano and chili flakes.
Spread mint chutney on one slice, tandoori mayo on the other.
Fill the mixture & enjoy your chilled sandwich!
