Chickpeas & Paneer Quesadilla

Serves : 2
Ingredients
150 gm boiled Chickpeas
80 gm mix bell peppers
100 gm Low fat paneer
Tortilla wrap or Whole Wheat Roti
Spices : salt as taste,1/2 tep chaat masala, black pepper powder
3 gm mozarella per wrap

Method
1. In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, mash them. Then add bell peppers chopped, grated paneer, spices. Mix everything well.
2. Take a roti/wrap tortilla. Add dressing, it’s 1 tsp mayo + 1 tbsp mint chutney. Then add everything as shown, toast or grill. This is ready. You can pair with hung curd dip or tzatziki too.
