ingredients:
Poha
onion
potato
peanuts
green chili
mustard seeds
curry leaves
turmeric
salt
lemon juice
oil
coriander leaves

Method:
1. Wash poha gently in water and drain well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and let them splutter.
3. Add mustered seeds, cumin seed and fry till golden.
4. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped onion. Sauté till onions turn soft.
5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
6. Add soaked poha,firt peanuts and mix gently.
7. cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
8.add Coriander leaves and lemon juice. mix well.
