Ingredients
For soya shawarma
80 gm Soya chunks
1/4 cup Hung curd
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp peri peri masala or tandoori tikka masala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt as per taste
1-2 tbsp Gram flour
1 tsp Mustard oil

For Salad
Onion
Carrot
Capsicum
Lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Chaat masala
Coriander

For Garlic sauce
30gm low fat Paneer
2-3 tbsp cup hung Curd
5-6 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Lemon
1 tbsp Water
1 tbsp fresh Coriander

To assemble
Green chutney
Soya
Salad
Garlic sauce
