Ingredients –

Fresh Green peas – 1 cup
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilli – 2-3
Besan 1/2 cup
Sooji – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Eno – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Aloo stuffing masala

Ginger 1 inch
Green chilli 2-4
Saunf 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Whole Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Peanut – 2 tbsp crushed
Fresh Coriander leaves 1 handful
Mashed boiled potatoes 5-6
Amchur powder – 1 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
