Think chukauni.. but with juicy soya chunks, smoky mustard oil tadka, garlicky curd and those Nepali flavours with herb rice and refreshing salad just hits different.
It’s rich, tangy, spicy, creamy – honestly perfect with soft rotis or steaming hot rice too!
