Ingredients 📝
1 cup Poha flakes
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp raw sugar
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (peanut/almond/hazelnut)
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp cacao nibs
Recipe 👩🍳
-In a blender, add poha flakes, cocoa powder, milk, ripe banana, raw sugar, nut butter, baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
-Blend everything until you get a smooth, thick batter.
-Fold in chocolate chips.
-Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.
-Top with extra chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs.
-Microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes (check at 1:30 min).
