* Details Description:
Take 2 ripe bananas , peel them, and smash them with the help of a fork or potato smasher. Add 2 whole eggs and mix them well. I’m using 1 and a half cups of old-fashioned oats, grind them into the blender, and make oat flour. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of oat flour. Mix them well with the egg and smashed banana. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and lastly 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well. Soak 10 dates in hot water for 5 minutes made a paste, and add to the batter. Add 2 tablespoons of whole milk plain yogurt to the batter and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix them well. Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup of raisins. Mix them well. Added 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and gently mixed them. Grease the baking pan with some cooking oil. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Add some fresh blueberries and sprinkle some oats as toppings. That is optional. Bake them for 50 to 60 minutes . Let them cool down completely at room temperature. Cut them into slices and enjoy with a glass of Milk ,tea, or coffee. You can store them in the Fridge . I hope you like the recipe.
