* 1 block silken tofu (450g)
* 2 tbsp gochujang
* 1-2 tsp sesame oil
* salt to taste
* milk/oat milk/almond milk/water (if needed to thin)
* noodles of choice
* green onion (for garnish)
* sesame seeds (for garnish)
* chili crisp or lao gan ma (for garnish)
instructions:
1. cut up silken tofu
2. toss in blender with gochujang, sesame oil, and salt
3. blend until smooth
4. if it’s not blending well, add a splash of milk/oat milk/almond milk or water
5. coat your noodles with the sauce
6. garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and chili crisp or lao gan ma
