Aaj ki is Iftar Special recipe mein main aap ke liye laayi hoon bohat hi creamy, soft aur tasty Chicken Crepe Sandwich. Yeh ek perfect Ramzan snack hai jo ghar par asaani se ban jata hai aur sab ko bohat pasand aata hai. Zaroor try karein aur apni rai comments mein batayein 💛

INGREDIENTS AND SYNTHESIS

In the Bowl
Milk 2 Cup
Egg 1
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbs
Well Mix
Flour 1.5 Cup
Add flour intermittently.
Well Mix
No lums
In The Non-Stick Pan
Oil 1 tsp Grease
Now Betar 1/3 Cup
Put it on a very low flame and spread it.

After 2 Minutes Take Out In Plate Set Aside

Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbs
Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs
Oregano Food Colour
Well Mix
In The Wok
Oil 3 tbs
Add Chicken
Cook For 2 Minutes On High Flame
Cover and Cook For 8-9 Minutes
Cook Until Dry
Onion 1 Long Cut
Capsicum 1 Long Cut
Tomato 1 Long Cut
Mix For 1 Minute On Low Falme
Flame Off And Set Aside
In The Bowl
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Ketchup 3 tbs
Hot Sauce 1 tbs
Chilli Falkes 1/4 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/4 tsp
Well Mix
In The cutting boad
Double fold the crepe.
Apply sauce
Then Chicken Stuffing Set
Then Cheese Set
Then Fold
Oil 1 tsp Grease
Place The Sandwich
After 3 Minutes Side Change
After 3 Minutes
Enjoy with Sauce
