promise that 30 minutes isn’t a lie! and just knowing i have a few nourishing snacks on hand & ready to go for the both of us has been life changing🙏🏻 recipes below (all gf & plant based!)

🌱POPSICLES:
1 banana
1 cup of almond or coconut milk
handful spinach
1-2 tbsp nut butter
**blend & freeze in popsicle mold

🍪ALMOND FLOUR BANANA COOKIES
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 mashed banana
2 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
dash vanilla
**form into balls, flatten, and bake at 350 for ~12 min

🍓CHIA PUDDING
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
6 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
dash vanilla
**mix & let sit in the fridge overnight
