Ingredients:
-2 lbs Ground Chicken (907g)
-8 Eggs
-1 Cups Egg Whites (480g)
-1 3oz Pack of Bacon Bits (85g)
-2 Cups Reduced Fat Cheese (226g)
-8 Low Carb Burrito Tortillas (90 cals)
-2 Tsp Onion Powder
-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-2 Tsp Salt and Pepper

Sauce:
-½ Cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (113g)
-2 Tbsp Light Mayo (30g)
-1 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce (15g)
-Juice of 1 Lime
-½ Tsp Paprika
-½ Tsp Garlic Powder
-½ Tsp Onion Powder

Instructions:
1.) Brown seasoned ground chicken; set aside.
2.) Soft-scramble eggs and egg whites.
3.) Mix sauce ingredients.
4.) Add chicken, bacon, cheese, and sauce to eggs; combine.
5.) Fill tortillas, fold, and pan-toast until golden.
6.) Wrap and store.
