Ingredients:

Idli recipe | south indian | healthy | breakfast
Ingredients:
Rice – 2 cups
Urad dal – 1 cup
Poha / beaten rice – ½ cup
Method:
1. Soak for 3 to 4 hours and grind Urad dal and poha together first and then add rice and again grind smooth.
2. Ferment overnight.
3. Steam for about 15 minutes after pouring the batter to greased plates.
4. Serve hot idlis with chutney and sambhar.
