With just a few small adjustments we can take these yummy looking cups from 283 calories, to 118! While the portion is *slightly* smaller, it allows this treat to more easily fit into your macros and weight loss goals.

Here’s my updated version:

Ingredients:
• 150g sugar free white chocolate chips (about 3/4 cup)
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp matcha
• 4 tbsp pistachio butter (opt for sugar free)
• 1/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
• Optional: mix some protein powder with the pistachio butter and Greek yogurt

Calories: 118
Protein: 4g
Carbs: 10g
Fat: 9g

Protein: 3g
Carbs: 30g
Fat: 17g
