These high protein and fibre Cutlets are very nutritious and apt for breakfast and snack. They are must if you are trying for weight loss without compromising on taste.

Ingredients to make Oats and Sprouts Cutlets / tikki ( serve 2)

1 Cup mung Dal sprouts 1 small chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion 1 tbsp fresh sweet corn
1 tbsp cooked beans ( any) 1 tsp flax seeds powder
Salt to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mango power 1 tsp coriander powder
6-8 slices of oats & wheat bread 1/2 small boiled potato
1 tbsp Roasted oats powder 1/4 Cup skimmed milk
1 tsp olive oil

Method to make healthy Oats and Sprouts Cutlets/tikki :-

In a large bowl combine Sprouts, sweet Corns, tomatoes, onions, cooked beans
Add black pepper, salt, Coriander powder, flax seeds powder & dry mango powder
Add roasted oats powder, 1/2 boiled potato & mix everything very well
Make small patties from the mixture
Use oats & wheat bread take out the crust from all the sides. dip the bread in milk & squeeze out the excess milk
Using few drops of olive oil and grill or toast the Cutlets in toaster, griller or on pan
Your tasty high protein oats & sprouts Cutlets are ready
Serve them warm with your favourite side
Each serving contains approximately 10g protein & 6g dietary Fibre
