🥣 Kali Mirch Mishri Soup
Ingredients:
2 cups water
8–10 crushed black peppercorns (kali mirch)
1–2 tbsp crushed mishri (rock sugar)
1 tsp grated ginger (optional but helpful)
A pinch of salt (optional)
Method:
In a pan, bring water to a boil.
Add crushed kali mirch and ginger.
Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes so the flavors infuse well.
Strain the liquid into a cup.
Add crushed mishri and stir until dissolved.
Add a pinch of salt if you like a slightly savory touch.
