Fresh coriander leaves 🍃
Chaat masala
Garam masala
Cumin powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Lemon Juice
Oil for frying
Optional: Green chutney

Cut the leftover rotis into this strips of small bite-size pieces
Heat oil in a pan fry the roti pieces until crispy and golden
in a bowl add chopped onion , Tomato, chopped Green chili and coriander leaves 🍃
Add chaat masala, Garam masala, Red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and lemon juice
Add the crispy roti pieces and mix everything well
Garnish with coriander (and optional chutney sev) and serve immediately
