Ingredients:
½ cup Mix Sprout boiled
½ apple Apple (cube)
1 no. Orange (segments)
4–5 nos. Grapes (cut into half)
1 no. Cucumber (diamonds)
2–3 nos. Cherry tomatoes
1 no. Carrot (julienne)
4–5 nos. Mint leaves
For Dressing:
½ cup Yogurt
1 tsp. Mustard paste
2 tsp. Honey
Salt to taste
½ tsp. Black pepper
Method:-
1. Mix together yogurt, mustard paste, honey, mint leaves and salt in bowl. Keep it aside.
2. In another bowl add all vegetables, fruits and sprout, tossed well.
3. Add prepared dressing and tossed well and serve.
