This 5-minute Tuna & Carrot Melt. By grating a simple carrot into your tuna, you add volume, sweetness, and a boost of vitamins, creating a gourmet-style toastie with just basic shelf items.
Ingredients:
• ​1 Canned Tuna
• ​1 Carrot (finely grated)
• ​1 tsp Dried Parsley
• ​A squeeze of Ketchup (I used the American BBQ sauce)
• ​4 Slices of Whole Grain Bread
• ​2 Slices of Cheese
