🥬 Keto Paneer Burger (Using Cabbage Leaves as Buns)

🧾 Ingredients:

2 large cabbage leaves (used as burger buns)

100–150g paneer (cut into a thick slice or patty)

2–3 slices of tomato

2–3 slices of capsicum (bell pepper)

2–3 slices of onion

Salt – to taste

Black pepper – to taste

Ghee or olive oil – 1 tsp (for grilling paneer)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cabbage “Buns”:

Blanch large cabbage leaves in hot water for 30–40 seconds to soften. Drain and pat dry.

2. Grill the Paneer Patty:

Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee or olive oil.

Place the thick paneer slice and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper while grilling.

3. Sauté (Optional):

Lightly sauté onion and capsicum slices if you prefer them soft. You can also use raw for crunch.

4. Assemble the Burger:

Take one cabbage leaf as the base.

Place grilled paneer patty on it.

Add sliced tomato, capsicum, onion.Sprinkle a little more black pepper if desired.

Cover with another cabbage leaf on top.
