1 cup मटकी (Moth Beans)
1 cup काला चना (Black Chickpeas)
½ cup सोयाबीन (Soya Beans)
½ cup लोबिया (Black-Eyed Peas)
Soak for 8–10 hours before using ⏳

Ways to use:
🥞 Protein Cheela with Paneer Filling
Grind the soaked mix with ginger, garlic & chilli to make a batter. Cook on tawa and add a simple paneer filling. Fold and cook till lightly crisp.
🥗 Tangy Protein Chaat Bowl
Boil the mix, then toss with onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice & chutney. Top with peanuts and pomegranate for crunch.
🥔 Crispy Protein Cutlets 🍔
Mash boiled mix lightly and combine with boiled potato, onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic, spices & a little coriander. Shape into cutlets, coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry till golden and crisp ✨
