Healthy Layered Weekly Salad | Easy Meal Prep Recipe
In this video, I’m preparing a fresh, colorful, and healthy layered salad that you can store for the week. This recipe makes 4 storage containers + 1 fresh plate. Perfect for busy days and healthy eating!

Step 1: Wash the Vegetables Properly

* Fill a large bowl with water.
* Rinse with clean running water.
* Dry completely with a kitchen towel (especially lettuce).

Step 2: Prepare Ingredients

* 2 medium beetroot (chopped)
* 3 tomatoes (chopped)
* 4-5 carrots (sliced)
* 4-5 cucumbers (chopped)
* 1 lettuce (washed & dried well)
* 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
* 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
*1 cup black olives
* 1 cup feta cheese (cubed)
* 2–3 tsp ready-made salad seasoning
* 2 tbsp sesame seeds
* Olive oil (add before serving)

Step 3: Layering Order (Important to Prevent Beetroot Coloring)

For each container, layer in this order:

1️⃣ Beetroot (bottom layer)
2️⃣ Tomato
3️⃣ Carrot
4️⃣ Cucumber
5️⃣ Lettuce
6️⃣ Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
7️⃣ Black Olives
8️⃣ Feta Cheese

Do NOT add olive oil while storing.
Add olive oil, seasoning, and sesame seeds just before eating.

For Today’s Fresh Plate
Add all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil, sprinkle seasoning and sesame seeds, mix gently, and enjoy!

Store containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
