Healthy Quinoa Pizza (No Oven, No Air Fryer)
1. Blend ½ cup soaked quinoa + ¼ cup soaked masoor dal with a little water into a smooth batter.
2. Grease a pan and pour a thin layer of the batter. Cook both sides until golden.
3. Spread homemade pizza sauce, top with veggies (onion, capsicum, tomato, corn), paneer, and cheese.
4. Cover and cook on low until cheese melts.
