High Protein Crispy Kebabs
(Makes 6)

These kebabs are high in protein, super crispy outside and soft inside. A perfect healthy snack option that tastes indulgent but is actually very nutritious.

Meal Prep:

* Prepare hung curd and store in an air tight container
* Chop veggies like onion, capsicum and coriander
* Keep potato ready for juliennes or grate and soak in water
* You can make the kebab mix beforehand and refrigerate

**Kebab Mix:**
In a bowl:
* 100 g hung curd
* 50 g crumbled tofu/paneer
* 1 small onion
* Half bell pepper
* fresh coriander
* 2 tbsp besan
* 1/2 tsp pepper powder
* salt to taste
* Mix everything well

**Potato Layer:**

* 1 medium potato (julienned or grated)
*soak in salt water and drain ( this will make them soft to wrap)

Assembly:
* Grease your hands with some oil and take small portions.
* Shape into kebabs
* Wrap with potato from all sides
