INGREDIENTS –

Ragi ka aata – ¼ cup
Bajre ka aata – ½ cup
Suji barika wali – ¼ cup
Brown Rice ka aata – ¼ cup
Jeera – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 8 to 10
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilli – 2
Salt – 1 tsp
Curd – 200 ml ( 1 cup )
Oil – 1 tbsp + as required
Corriander – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Water – ¾ cup
Baking soda – 2 to 3 pinch
