Ingredients:
1.oats – 1 cup
2.semolina – 1/2 cup
3.curd – 1/2 cup
4.corrots(grated) – 3 tbsp
5.capsicum chopped – 2 tbsp
6.ginger paste – 1 tbsp
7.green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
8.salt to taste
9.baking powder – 1/2 tbsp
10.water as required
Recipe:
-fristly dry roast oats on low flame for 3-4 mints.
-then graind it well like fine powder.
-also dry semolina on low flame for 2-3 mints.
-now take take oast powder and roasted semolina in mixing bowl.
-add curd, grated carrots, capsicam, ginger paste and green chilli paste in it.
-also add salt and water.
-mix well all the ingredients.
-cover it and rest for 20mints.
-after that add baking powder and water as required.
-mix again and make idli batter.
-now pour the batter immediately into greases idli plate.
-steam the idli for 8-10 minutes on high flame.
-finally oats idli is ready to eat.
-serve oats idli with chutney and sambar.
