INGREDIENTS
All salad Vegas half half cup or add by your choice
Like … Lettuce , baby corn , carrots 🥕, broccoli 🥦, zucchini, coloured bell papers , spinach , spring onions, radish -1 only small( optional ) , purple & green cabbage 🥬, Garlic , Basil , fresh parsley, paneer or tofu
1/2 cup olive oil
For marinated dressing add in olive oil fresh parsley , basil , garlic , chopped 1 red chilly , oregano , chilly flakes = all 1-1 tbsp. Garlic 3 tbsp…. use oil as required.
3 tbsp. schezwan sauce mild spicy .
You can take dry basil parsley also.
Salt per taste
2 Cups of boiled rice ( Kolam or any ).
Take 2 tbsp. of olive oil add rice & atbsp. Of soy sauce …. fry it for a minute.
Now stir fry all salad with marinated oil step by step … add required oil & add last rice & serve it hot. … cook salad crunchy🥗🥗🌿🥬🥦🥕🥗
