Recipe: for 2 servings:
2 chicken Breasts (filet, medallion and pounded)
1 large container of sliced mushrooms
3/4 Marsala Wine (for more wine, you can add a cup if you like)
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 cup chicken or beef broth
1 shallot chopped
2 gloves of garlic chopped
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of salt (optional, taste if needed)
1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream or just heavy cream
2 tablespoon of butter
