Hey everyone,
Sorry for taking so long to upload this recipe. Life got in the way and so did univeristy. If you can, can you please like this video. Sub. Share. It helps support me as a 20 year old broke university/college student haha. I recently had a weight loss transformation and towards the end I noticed my cravings for junk food was intense. So I was on a mission to create the junk food I craved and make them into healthy foods. I made a low calorie, high protein, high fiber low carb pizza. 100 calorie for half the pizza with toppings. 200 calorie for the whole thing. I suggest you add loads of toppings from vegetables to make it even more filling. Enjoy 🙂

Hey everyone, First off I want to thank some of you for the kind words and actually looking forward to my recipes on my YouTube channel. It feels awesome having people care enough to wait for my next recipe haha. Just want to thank you all. Ok so this is a staple for me on a student budget so here it is.
Ingredients Simons pantry barley wraps or mission low carb or Turkish lavash bread (depending on availability in ur location)
Coles pizza sauce 20 grams (usually lowest cal I found)
40 grams reduced fat light mozzarella coles cheese
100 grams mushrooms
Your choice of vegetables
Prepare as you would a normal pizza. However I go light on the sauce on the base then after I’ve topped everything I add more sauce over vegetables. Prevents it becoming too soggy.
Put in oven at around 150-170 Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Keep checking on it and that’s the pizza! Real quick and simple.
