These two recipes after curated by my dear husband who loves to whip up a quick smoothie for our kids every now and then. These are super easy to make and healthy too.

We are all huge fans of his cooking and smoothie-whipping skills. So here’s a video for you and your kids to make an enjoy.

RECIPE #1

INGREDIENTS:
Frozen mango – 4 to 6 pieces
Flax seeds – 2 tsp
Walnuts – 3 – 4
Milk – half cup
Honey – 1 tsp

RECIPE #2

INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Beetroot – 1/4 cup
Kale – 3 to 4 leaves
Frozen Strawberries – 4
Flax seeds – 2 tsp
Walnuts – 3 to 4
Raisins – 3 to 4
Water – half cup

Method: Just add the ingredients together and blend.
