★ Chocolate Chip cookies Orange Flavoured ★
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free
(One Batch is equivalent to 6 medium cookies)

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup spelled flour (substitute with 1/4 cup rolled oats + 1/4 cup almond flour)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
zest of 4 organic oranges
Note : If you are vegan, replace the egg with a chia egg.
Bake in a preheated oven to 375°F (180°C) oven for 8-10 minutes.

1/3 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Bake in a preheated oven to 360°F (180°C) oven for 12-15 minutes.
