Rava Upama. Rava upama is a South Indian breakfast dish. But it’s famous all over in India. It’s a healthy breakfast. All types of vegetables can be used in upama. It’s take 15-20 mins to preparation. Upama is served with coconut chutney, sambar, dalma or plain dal. Also can add sugar in upama.

Ingredients:-

1. Rava/ ସୁଜି :- 1cup
2. Peanut/ (ବାଦାମ) as your wish
3. Onion/ ପିଆଜ – 1
4. Carrot/ ଗାଜର – 1
5. Beans/ ବିନ୍ସ – 1cup
6. Curry Leafs / ଭୃସଙ୍ଗ ପତ୍ର
7. Turmeric powder/ ହଳଦି ଗୁଣୣ – 1tbl spoon
8. Salt as per taste (ଲୁଣ ସ୍ବାଦ ଅନୁସର)
9. Cumin/ ଜିରା
10. Sunflower oil/ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟମୂଖୀ ତେଲ – 2 tbl spoon
11. Water (ପାଣି)
