Whenever you have some leftover food at home, we tend to throw it away. But not this time, today i am sharing the recipe to #ReUse the leftover #Idli and convert it to an amazing delicious snack which you could enjoy with friends and family.
Ingredients:
Leftover Idli – 4 whole
Cooking Oil
Mustard Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Urad Dal – 1 Teaspoon
Chana Dal – 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves – 8 to 10
Green Chilli – 1 whole
Hing – 1/2 Teaspoon
Raw Peanuts – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1/2
Haldi – 1/2 Teaspoon
Koprs/Sookha Naariyal – 1 Cup
Coconut Chutney
