this is the recipe, that I use in the video:

2 dl (6,76 oz) cornflour
0,5 dl (1,69 oz) sunflower seeds
0,5 dl (1,69 oz) pumpkinseeds
0,5 dl (1,69 oz) sesame seeds
0,5 dl (1,69 oz) linseeds
0,5 dl (1,69 oz) olive oil
2,5 dl (8,45 oz) boiling hot water
season with salt and herbs
