Bread Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS for stuffing
Oil 1Tbsp
Garlic chopped 1Tbsp
Green chilli chopped 2
Carrot chopped
Capsicum chopped
Spring onion chopped
Boiled sweet corn
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Chicken chunks 1/2cup (marinate chicken breast with salt, ginger, garlic paste black pepper powder and shallow fry and cut into cubes)
Spring onion leaves chopped
IMP: Can used any vegetables of your choice
METHOD
1. In a pan add oil then add all above ingredients one by one and cook and cool completely
INGREDIENTS for White sauce
Butter 1Tbsp
Oil 1Tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tsp
Flour (maida)1Tbsp
Milk 2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp crushed
Oregano 1tsp
METHOD
1. In a pan add butter and oil
2. Add garlic fry well add flour mix well
3.Add milk and salt cook till it becomes thick in low heat
4.Add black pepper powder and oregano mix well
5 Switch of gas add grated cheese 2Tbsp
METHOD for bread enchiladas
1. Take a serving dish
2.Cut the edges of 10 bread(fresh bread) and roll it thin
3.Stuff the bread with filling and roll
4.Pour the white sauce
5.Garnish with any vegetables of your choice and cheese 2Tbsp
6.And bake for 10 minutes in a pre heated oven at 160°c
7.Serve hot
