Ingredients:
Water- for boiling
Soya Nuggets- 2 Cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Corn Flour- 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1tbsp
Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
Oil- 3 tsp
Green Chillies Slit- 2
Onions (diced)- 2 Medium
Ginger garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Red,Green,Yellow Bell Pepper- ½ from each
Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder- ¼ tsp
Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce- 2-3 tsp
Vinegar- 1tsp
Water- 2 cups
Method:
First boil the soya nuggets. Next rinse them with fresh water and squeeze out excess water.
Now marinate the nuggets with Corn Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce, Salt, Black pepper powder.
Now in a pan add 1 tsp oil and fry the soya nuggets till they absorb the spices and become light golden.
Next take another pan and heat 2 tsp oil. Stir Fry all the remaining vegetables and spices.
Once done, mix both the nuggets and vegetables together, add 2 cups water and simmer for 6-7 mins.
Serve hot with Fried Rice/Noodles
