Sprouts salad – a nutrient-filled healthy salad using sprouts, veggies and a basic dressing mix.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup mixed sprouts
1 cup water(to blanch)
¼ cup onion(chopped)
¼ cup carrot(chopped or grated)
¼ cup tomato(chopped)
Few mint/coriander leaves
For salad dressing:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp oil
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp chat masala
½ tsp salt(as per taste)
