Today I was browsing my pantry and saw these delicious Roasted Red Peppers and had a bright idea. Why not make a sandwich with my leftover roast beef and these peppers. It turned out so good and I will do it again for sure.

ROAST BEEF AND RED PEPPER SANDWICH
1/4 TO 1/3 CUP LEFTOVER ROAST BEEF WITH GRAVY
OR ANOTHER PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE
HOTDOG BUNS
ROASTED RED PEPPERS (CUT INTO STRIPS)
OIL SPRAY
HERB SEASONING BLEND (YOUR CHOICE)
SLICED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Combine the protein and peppers in a skillet and heat on medium heat or use a microwave to warm it. Spray the top of the buns with cooking spray and sprinkle with an herb blend. Put the meat into the buns and top with sliced cheese.
AIR FRYER: Cook at 320 degrees for 5 minutes
OVEN: Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
