1 broccoli, medium size
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4-5 curry leaves
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
3/4 – 1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
