1) Breakfast bagel
Toasted bagel
1 whole egg
3 tbsp egg whites
5 pieces deli ham
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese or avocado (1tbsp is probably enough)
spinach
tomato slice
hot sauce
salt, pepper
150g berries

2) Protein muffins
Preheat oven to 350F
Blend
-1 banana
-1 egg
-8 tbsp egg whites
– 30g protein powder (I love the Bowmar hot chocolate and wedding cake for these)
-1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Top with anything you’d like! I liek fruit, chocolate chips, nut butters
Bake for 20-25 min at 350F
Enjoy once cooled or refrigerate and save for later!

3) Traditional Breakfast
2 eggs
3 tbsp egg whites
3 pieces deli ham
125 g potato cooked
salt, pepper, garlic powder
hot sauce
150g berries
