Ingredients-
6 Raw bananas
Rock salt or chaat masala
3 glasses of water
Procedure-
Pour water into the vessel.
Squeeze 2 -3 drops of lemon in water,t his would stop blackening of vessel.
Place the steaming pan.
Keep the RAW bananas.
Place the lid.
Steam the raw bananas for 10-15 mins.
You can use cooker also if you have.
Add 3 glasses of water in cooker.
Place steaming pan with Raw bananas.
Wait for 2-3 whistles of the cooker.
Make banana into slices and peel it before eating.
Serve chaat masala or rock salt along with banana.
