How to make a healthy smoothie to I want to share with you my HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS IMMUNE BOOSTER COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE. I was recently looking for a smoothie that was healthy and also immune-boosting and I couldn’t find anything I liked online so I decided to come with my own recipe.

Everything I used:
Healthy Smoothie Recipe

1/4 cup berries
1 cup of milk (almond or cashew )
1/8 cup of minute zero sugar lemonade juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of vitamin crystals
2 scoops of Vitals collagen peptides :
1 teaspoon of sea moss
1/2 tablespoon of nut butter (cashew butter )
1 cup of spinach
