SMOOTHIE: 2 strawberries , 2 thick banana slices, 2 broccoli florets, 1 inch ginger piece, half a lemon squeezed, half beetroot, 3 tbsp. Yogurt, half cup water, 1 tbsp. Chia seeds. Blend all this together & enjoy.
GRANOLA: 2 cup oats quick cook, 1 tbsp. Sunflower seeds powdered, 2 tbsp. Mixed nuts & coconut flakes blended together coarsely, cinnamon 1 tbsp., raisins.
Cook oats for 2 min. Add all dry ing. Except raisins, cook for 5 min. On medium flame, add 2 tbsp. Honey & cook till honey dries, add raisins in the end after taking it off the burner.
