Low-Carb Diet Orthodox Easter Cake

-250g low-fat cottage cheese
-3 eggs
-70g coconut flour
-3tsp of honey
-1/2tsp of soda
-1.5 tsp of baking powder
-1tsp vanilla extract
-1/3tsp turmeric (to taste)
-50-100g any dried fruits (in my case cranberries and mangoes)

Beat the eggs and carefully stir with the cottage-cheese.
Add vanilla and turmeric.
Mix everything.
Add honey, flour, baking powder and soda.
And mix it well again.
Add dried fruits to the mass, you can also add some orange or lemon peel.
Make a form from the dough.
Bake it on 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes or more.
Glaze is prepared from Greek yogurt to which I added a little gelatin.
Topping can be on your taste, but in my case its almonds.
